I'm looking to get some spring/summer fragrances.
Any suggestions?

I'm currently thinking about getting Versace Pour Homme, Eau Fraiche and GIT since they were my favorites out of the samples I've tried.
I would have liked getting Bergamote 22, but it's a bit too expensive.

Just bought a 125ml bottle of ADG Profumo for retail online as I didn't want to risk being scammed.
Did I do good?

Try getting a decant of Bergamote 22 off Basenotes or even Perfumista if you're in the UK.

This is the new Parfum, the third version after the original Eau de Toilette (2010) and the later Eau de Parfum (2014). Each further concentration is priced incrementally higher.

Don't wear fragrances to interviews. You may think you have the perfect one for them, or that it's really light etc. Don't. I wear perfume all the time, even when I'm alone, but if it's the one time you have to grin and bear it without perfume, it's interviews. It's not worth it.

I'm finishing a bottle of VPH and really liked it for how versatile and unobtrusive it is. What would be a good replacement for it? I liked Prada L'homme when I tried it at the store and hated Bleu and sauvage

Tried it once, never again. I was kind of excited but everything since Mementus has been downhill. Viking was really, really bad in a sort of pungent geriatric patient kind of way. Super old school and stale, I have no idea what they were thinking. Oh well.

If not, why would you wear a fragrance that people can only smell from inches away?

I got a decant of Creed's Imperial Millesime and holy shit I can't stop smelling it. It's so good. It's so fresh, just the right amount of sweet and just smelling it takes me to the beach. Is there anything similar to it? I suspect only women's perfumes can smell similar.

Theoretically, shouldn't smelling nice help anon's chances? As long as its something inoffensive anyway

>> No.13350067 [View]

>>13349965
No, it's distracting and it's a bad gamble on whether or not the interviewer likes it or not. It doesn't add anything to the interview and there's a big chance he/she might not find it to his tastes. Wearing perfume to an interview also might come off as incredibly tryhard/ douchebag-like.

You're all free to take my advice or leave it, but it's really well known that job interviews are the one place you really should lay off the trigger. I'm just trying to help.
