I've got rather long hair for a bloke and I really need to have it cut. My army application was rejected so there aren't any strict regulations on how short it needs to be anymore, although as an engineering student I'm in a workshop quite frequently.
Currently hair is shoulder-length and quite curly and can get v. frizzy if I haven't washed it for a day or so. It's impractical and annoying, gets hot in the summer, and I don't think it looks all that great. I feel most of these problems could be solved if I got it cut, especially the sides which are shoulder-length as well. Usually I have it all tied back in a ponytail but this is only a temporary solution.

My questions are as follows:

Idk m8, I buy all my milsurp IRL. There's an annual WW2 reenactment near me and it's a great magnet for wannabe soldiers and history autists like myself. Hundreds of tents and vans unloading cheap milsurp of all kinds. DPM, MTP, flecktarn, alpenflage, everything.

I can only recommend looking for IRL events and meetups where militaria might be sold. Don't spend more than £15 on anything though or you're being ripped-off.

If you don't have Asian hair genetics, it won't work. Their haircuts specifically cater to their style of hair. We've been through this more than once, look at all of the other two-block haircuts on European anons in the archives. Please have your haircut in a way which compliments your direction whether it's wavy or curly.

How the fuck do I reliably find clothes that fit? Nothing I own seems to fit right, it's all either too small or too large because everywhere seems to have their own idea of what sizes are.
