Size down. I sized up when I bought my 1461s because I'm a 9.5 and now that they've broken in they are way too big for me unless I wear some really thick socks. When I bought them they were a little loose but fine with slightly thick socks. They're good for winter so it's not a total loss, but annoying nonetheless.
