Can't go wrong with some OCBDs, an anorak windbreaker, cable sweaters, and maybe some rugby shirts (don't choose garish color combinations). The sweaters might be a bit excessive, but it seems like the temperature in Athens around that time (<60 F) could warrant them. Your shoes should be the standard prep items: white canvas sneakers, penny loafers, camp mocs, blucher/ranger mocs, and Bean boots. Your pants are, of course, chinos.
