Have any of you fags had trouble with food addiction and tried "curing" it with fasting? I can't stop binging. The only thing that's managing it right now is OMAD and running (which I actually really enjoy) so I haven't put on any weight (besides the occasional bloat). Pretty much what I usually do, too, it's working very well. I admit I do give it the temptation and binge on something I really like every now and then but not that often and whenever I do I try to fast or eat less the next day. Plus, with OMAD it's a bit easier to still eat a lot in one sitting and still not go much over your TDEE. Also, I have realized that both walking and jogging really help with curbing my appetite, most of the time I come back home after a long walk or jog I don't think about food at all which feels great.

Isn't prozac the drug that some people lose weight on? But yeah psychotropic drugs are iffy and you shouldn't get on them unless you absolutely need them ( severe depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, etc.). You would think if you really wanted to lose weight and stay thin that you would at least diet correctly. You're fucking high if you think that is going to work and keep you healthy as well.
First off you should be consuming however many calories your desired weight should be consuming, so if my desired weight is say 130 lbs then my tdee would be ~2300 give or take, so I would focus on hitting that calorie count for the day until I reach 130 lbs. The tdee for your desired weight is ~1500 assuming you don't exercise, so you should focus on hitting that and don't cheat on it.
Second, I would switch to OMAD and fast the rest of the time to keep insulin levels at zero, which allows your body to use fat as fuel, hence burning more fat.
If you really want to be extreme then switch to keto:

>carbs 0-20%
>protein 15-20%

How does /fa/ cope with all the thinshaming? Over the last 2 years I lost a shit ton of weight to the point where I'm now pretty skinny, the fact that I am 6'6" also adds to that.

Everyday countless people tell me that I am way too skinny, I don't get any food, I should be more like I used to, that it's unhealthy and all that shit. Worst is these people are all friends, family and others I know so it's hits me harder when they say it.

I should have said ‘no added sugar or refined sugar’. I’m eating mostly meat, veg, cheese, nuts, seeds. I Apple per day because the sugar is natural and apples have minerals and fiber. Oats with stevia for breakfast. Salad with chicken for lunch with a vinaigrette I made and some herbs, dinner is usually beef stir fry or chicken and lemon broccoli. Apple and some cheese as snack when I want it, that varies from day to day. 1.5 oz of almonds as second snack. That’s 1200kcal.
Headache is finally gone today, it took 5 days. I could probably cut the nuts and eat more chicken and salad if I get hungrier or want to go to 1000kcal but so far I’m good. I’m here for thinspo but I’m not into the ProAna RP I see a lot of people do in thinspo places, it’s offputting to me.

We went out to eat last weekend. Friend ordered some sweet potato fries, can't be too bad, right? They came with a very gooey marshmallow cinnamon dipping sauce. My salad dressing choices had things like pear vinaigrette (with pear syrup) or very fatty creamy dressings. There was only one plain vinegar-oil choice from maybe 6 choices, the rest sweetened or very fatty. The buffet was worse, so many carb filled or creamy side dishes, only one mixed veg choice, one salad choice and it had berries and feta mixed in. The dessert buffet was enormous. Lots of people will eat very sugary breakfasts/brunches or very fatty ones and there are so few plain good grain porridges or muesli compared to the first 2. Of a whole aisle of cereals, maybe 6 kinds are actually made of unsweetened whole grains, instead of some kind sugary flakes, puff or mash. Health store has better selection but not in main supermarkets. It's crazy. I read all the labels so it's taking me along time to learn as I shop. That's why very simple fewingredient things are much easier at this point. Egg is an egg. Apple is apple.

born and raised US, single mother. we got treats as kids of course, but i distinctly remember that lunchables were only for the first day of school. and caprisuns were only for soccer matches or in the summer they were put in the freezer and we could have them in lieu of popsicles. we grew up to eat what was prepared for us or go hungry, i had a poor appetite as a kid and was underweight so my dinners were what was made or my choice of a block of tofu or can of kidney beans. i'm not a picky eater in the slightest, i just didn't eat much and that was how i was "forced" to stay on track with getting my protein. guess i got used to eating foods for nutrients rather than flavor. sugar cereals were only for halloween when booberry/count chocula were in the market other wise it was oatmeal. thinking back on it, i do remember having a lot of "firsts" when i moved out at 18. ie first time i had a hot pocket was at 20

Exact same thoughts, I was forced to withdraw this spring semester before finals after things became really bad and couldnt deal with the dysphoria and dysmorphia(oddly enough the dysphoria kind of triggered the bulimia and dymorphia at the same time), basically attempted suicide but now im just making sure im at the largest caloric deficit possible without dying. I personally feel that really shitty genetics are in play here, super unlucky, if it wasnt for the stuff I wear people would think i'm overweight since I always clothes that hide but also look great.
