it is technically menswear, but I would say no.
The nose and mouth are small, lips very feminine. Fairly big hips, basically the width of the shoulders. It looks like there's some mass where the breasts would be, but not a lot. Thick thighs and calves, compared to the arms which are very thin. Knees aren't small, which makes it look less feminine, but the feet are smaller than you'd expect for a male.
The real giveaway is the inside of the elbow when extended. With men, the inside of the elbow bones much more distinct, with significant bulging in the muscle at the top and bottom of the forearm. This model has very feminine inner arms, I would be very surprised if it wasn't female
