Basically this.
I have nothing against synthetic fabrics, but I love the unique textures of natural materials.
Wool can range from rough and nubbly like Icelandic sheepswool to soft and silky like cashmere.
Linen has that distinct rumpled look.
Horse leather is super tough and durable and goatskin is soft and supple.

The natural properties of the materials are fascinating as well.
Wool is hypoallergenic and keeps warm when wet
Linen is antimicrobial and gets softer with use

Cotton is probably the shittiest natural material but it's pretty cheap to produce so it's everywhere

My favorite materials, without regard to the natural/synthetic issue
Cordura
Horween leather
Reverse weave cotton / terrycloth
Cashmere and virgin lambswool
Ripstop cotton and nylon
Polartec everything
Goretex everything
Wool fleece
Heavy corduroy
Waxed everything
Duck canvas
Heavy raw denim
High-end mesh...only experience is with Tracksmith's shirts and shirts but it's so nice that I want to expand

Yea most synthetics are cheap shit and clothes worn for fashion should generally be natural fibers, but for technical clothing, synthetics are way better than natural materials. Get a good Arcteryx jacket and tell me it's not way lighter, warmer, tougher, and more water resistant than any natural fiber jacket.

Minimum wage in Germany is 8,5€/h
3000$ = 2792€
2792/8,5 = 328,47

You would have to work for 328 hours in 1 month. Thats 82 hours a week, thats 11 hours a day.

And thats without taxes.

I wear woolen hats in the summer, woolen broadcloth is surprisingly good for it. From the Ebbets Field Flannels website:

>We use specially-milled authentic baseball wool-blend fabric. It is very similar to what was worn in the 1950s and 1960s, and it is relatively lightweight. Contrary to popular belief, real baseball flannel is no "hotter" than modern doubleknit polyester, as flannel breathes, and the shirts are cut baggy and slightly oversized
