How do you pull off being short and /fa/? Skinny jeans are either too big or too tight, any tops you wear make the whole outfit appear as top heavy, and a whole other laundry list of problems. Do short people just give up?

I'm 5'8 and skinny. Skinny jeans make me look taller. Too big? Where do you cop your skinnys?

What are the best type of boots that have at least a 1 inch sole to make me a bit taller? I recieved a hand me down pair of clarks that belonged to my uncle with a 1 inch rise that turned me from 5'8 to 5'9 and it felt like such a difference. I've been thinking about some Chelsea boots with some rise since I like the bands going down the sides.

Skinnys are so helpful, I'm 5'8 too but with long legs but I stunted my torso growth with bad posture and sitting in a video game chair in middle school. I've been wear the same 6 pairs from 2014 i got in HS at hot topic/pacsun/zumiez. Bullhead, Rude and Freeworld I believe. I need to get some more though especially with color
