What kind of shoes will last me a long time when my job requires walking a couple miles every day? Will sneakers work best like pic related or should I go for something more durable?

What kind of shoes will last me a long time when my job requires walking a couple miles every day? Will sneakers work best like pic related or should I go for something more durable?
