Qustion about permed hair

I had my hair colored from mahogany->mahogany->light brown->dark blonde->black in a span of 2 months, so my hair is pretty dry and damaged

I would also like to try perming my hair, is the damage too far gone? would perming my har cause alot of breakage? does perming hair be as damaging as bleaching (never bleached my hair)

Why would you want to perm your hair?
I have naturally wavy, thick hair that gets curly in the humidity. It's fucking annoying. It feels gross and uncomfortable, and it's unmanageable.
Girls did tell me I looked like John Snow but honestly I don't want to look like him.

I've never permed my hair but having curly hair is annoying. Especially if it's long, like John Snow's. You ever feel curly damp hair on the back of your neck while feeling gross and groggy in the morning? It's fucking awful. Ok first off shave. If you need facial hair for your jawline, get an electric razor and shave with that, it'll leave behind stubble but won't look gross (which it currently does). Your head is pretty long, so maybe try growing it out a bit, so that the sides add width. With your hair medium length you can try styling it in a number of ways (slick back, split down the middle, etc).

The thing with your hair is that it curls a lot on the sides (which makes it look "poofy") but not as much on top. So you would have to cut enough to get rid of the curl. Its important to use the right products on your hair when leaving it on the longer side. Try changing your shampoo and conditioner to something a little milder, or get a hair treatment every once in a while. Anybody know how to fix super flat hair? mine is very strawlike and wont hold any volume whatsoever. It's about medium length. I had some success about 6 months ago where I'd just wet my hands and ruffle it through my hair making it super messy, then hairspray it and it would stay for about 3 days. Just recently got a haircut to a similar length and tried that technique, but the slightest wind will kill any texture and flatten it out now. Any ideas? Maybe gel will hold better?

Depends on your skull shape, if you have a weak chin and so on a beard is almost a must to look decent, but yes lots of people pull off the complete shave.
