It is very good attire. I like how skirts are capable of looking both dignified and cute. I am left with the impression by current fashions that pants are overexposed, and have lost most of their initial tomboy and working class appeal, which were reasons for starting the trend amongst women and girls during the early and middle 20th century. It is too bad that skirts and dresses are not often considered among women in America, currently, except as sparsely worn formal and special occasion outfits.
