I'm 5'5 but I can pull off 6ft when I go out on dates (without anyone noticing)

If you wear those "discrete" shoes just to add a few inches to your height, I find that a bit stupid because as soon as you take them off people will see you're quite short without them, I think it just makes you look insecure. If you want to add a few inches without looking insecure, just get some actual platform shoes or even shoes with heels.
