Most effay places I've been to are Switzerland, Monaco, Paris, LA, NY, London, Seoul, Tokyo and capitals of all nordic countries.

You usually have to be in the right places though. For example, London is riddled with asians wearing hypebeast clothing and you encounter them near all UNIQLOs and universities. People of Stockholm have a good fashion sense but the immigrants that have a hard time integrating and adjusting to life do ruin the immersion quite a bit.
