I've been wearing Danner Quarrys for work lately, and highly recommend them.

Don't go for what's fashionable, you will regret it. I personally like Justin's for steel toed work boots. Whatever you do, get really nice and comfortable insoles.

I wore RedWings for a few years, they make a nice boot. I recently switch to Vibergs, tough to break in but after about 2 weeks of 14 hour days they are easily my favourite boot. Unfortunately i look like a neo-nazi in them, but hey, that's just blue collar life.

Get something comfortable. 8 hours in uncomfortable steel toe boots will hurt bad.

Get yourself some redwing worx style boots. They look like the tims in your photo but theyre actually meant to last. Also if you go to an actual store they may help you fit yourself properly- i usually wear size 9 reg but the guy told me my left foot is thicker than my right so he recommended wides, which was a great decision in hindsight.
Also with most shoes in general youre going to want to rip the sole right out and replace it with some superfeet soles that match your foot type.
If you like the duckbill style redwings, get those because the metatarsal protection comes in handy when youre lifting heavy shit around and ding your foot on some conduit or 2x4's; its something to think about.
