Looks mainly like it's your skeleton. Narrow shoulders, broad hips and a narrow rib cage. Also excess fat. Work out and get some muscle, particularly your traps and delts to make your shoulders bigger. Also work on your chest muscles and try to lose body fat.

Well I'd recommend losing that body fat too. However, the biggest long-term problem is how wide your hips are relative to your shoulders and rib cage. If I was in your position and had to prioritise one over the other, I'd pick lifting. Just try not to get fat on some bulk.

Eat at that caloric deficit. Consume a surpolus of protein. Do cardio 3 days a week. And lift 6 days a week on a push/pull/legs program. You'll look amazing, and better than mot people in just a year.
