How do you deal with your male pattern baldness my fellow /fa/scists?

topical fin+min, dont take the fin pill, just look for formula 82f
or look into brotzu lotion, i dont know much about it though
or get an FUE transplant, you will be required to take fin though but this is still the best way to get your hair back
or, the cheapest way, shave it all and dress well/make sure skin is on point/exercise

Furthermore look at this:

I'm doing the same thing for diffuse thinning, and it's doing wonders.

try doing it without microneedling and I guarantee you you'll have the same results, it's all minoxidil, the only way dermaroliing could help is if min doesn't get absorbed well through your scalp and you need to puncture it daily to increase absorption

mironeedling for "damage and regeneration" purposes is a meme and helps as much as scalp massages or some wooden brushes and other BS which is pure placebo

It's not diffuse it's casual mpb. It isn't like your hairline goes literally back on mpb but like on certain spots you loose more and more hair. Area after Area. You're on your way from a norwood 1-2 to a 2-3 vertex.

Try minoxidil and dermarolling. If this doesnt help buzz it.

get on the reddit recommended bodyweight routine. The only equipment you need is a CAP barbell squat rack with a pullup bar, a CAP barbell, a ProsourceFit dip station, and maybe some rings for harder exercises that come later. Also one of those plastic storage containers from walmart or wherever, preferably filled with something heavy like a ton of books or something. you'll need to put your feet on that for bulgarian split squats, horizontal rows, knee copenhagen planks, and to lay on it for hyperextensions. indian study is total BS and those people who suddenly got results either do it daily or started doing if after 2 months or so of alreafy using minoxidil which is when minoxidil gains typically kick in any day, instead of believing BS studies try things out yourself before you give advices

maybe if they do it daily like I said which just increases minoxidil absorption, show me someone who regrew hair by dermarolling alone,
Nobody, it's a meme, placebo, BS

>>14744370
if done daily yes, but it's because it helps minoxidil get through the scalp, not because puncturing your scalp has some magical properties which makes your hair grow back otherwise people would regrow hair using dermarolling alone
