I really like practicality in clothing, but often it sacrifices looks, what are some clothing items that are both functional and stylish worth looking into?

Pretty based I guess, although I hate the shoes. Go with a light hiker instead.

Functional in what sense? There are no clothes that are universally functional, its all about the weather you are in and the activities youll do

Without entirely dedicating yourself to the look I think techwear/gorpcore is kind of the answer you'd be looking for. I'm not saying you should commit to a mall ninja look with all the zippers, pockets, and minor additions, but having a cargo pants by Arc Teryx or North Face would fit the bill. I doubt you would want to go all in on the look so maybe limit yourself to one piece of techwear/gorpcore per outfit so you don't become the cringe techwear guy, so maybe if you somehow have the money to afford an Acronym jacket then maybe just pair it with some wrangler cargo pants over a plain white shirt.
