I'm a complete skelly. 5 '10 46 kg and I look a lot better in Uniqlo regular chinos 73 cm waist but 17.5 cm bottom. Didn't even need to alter it because ut just looks good with two folds. I mostly get complements on my abs and shoulders, not my legs. I'd like to think that's the case for most skinny people.
