I normally forgo any real breakfast, only having coffee and sometimes an apple or some granola.

As far as lunch goes, if I'm working then something quick and easy, something like a peanut butter and banana sandwich - occasionally really lazy and stopping at fastfood.

Dinner is usually where I do something decent, making a lot of rice and chicken based dishes or going to one of the few local Thai or Indian restaurants.

Coffee and cigarettes in between, for better or worse.
