I eat when I'm not hungry, just bored. It's something to do. Even when I try to occupy myself with other things, I interrupt myself to go back to the fridge.

I dunno, I graze a lot, and recently, I've been having problems with binging. Going from skinnyfat to chubby. Seriously, I got a phat ass now, from the waist down I look like a woman.

How do I stop fatty rationalization and telling myself shit like "I already fucked up by having those cookies, so it's not like I'm going to be skinny at any rate. May as well finish off those brownies, too. And when those are done, I can have plain sugar."?

There weren't a lot of people out. Some weirdo at the corner store who was there another time I went on a junk run and who had the previous time told me his life story. He was just standing in the store, didn't look like he was buying anything.

The guy on my way back was one of the few I crossed paths with out there. Shit, I need to be more assertive and tell people when they're making me uncomfortable. I need to stop worrying about being "polite" when people are fucking putting their hands on me, no matter how "nice" they are being. Feel like crap that I didn't say anything.

Easy way?
Have 3 scheduled meals with small portions and hit all the food groups, carry a water bottle with you at all times and just drink shit tons of water whenever you get hungry between the meals.

Hard way? Train yourself to hate junk food, never buy sodas and shit to keep at the crib, drink clear alcohol if you must drink, and drink lots of water.

Yeah, I guess more often than not, I actually don't have any cookies or candy or shit at my house. But I'm creative. Like, I've actually found myself mixing sugar with cream cheese, because that's essentially what cheesecake is. Finished a container of cream cheese in a couple nights. I don't buy that anymore, because its a trigger.

Also found myself just putting agave syrup on bread.

If not that shit, I'll just binge on fruit, like grapes. Sugar still adds up real quick.

But yeah, I gotta keep trigger foods out. Even limit the fruit, I think. I can eat 2 pounds of grapes in a night.

I've started lifting and running. My plan was three days a week, but I usually just get one or two in. Started maybe four months ago, too. But no progress because my diet is still shit and I can't keep to by caloric restriction.

I walk to work, and the walk is about 20 minutes. Since I work part-time during school, maybe four shifts a week, I guess that's about 2 hours of walking a week. During the summer when I was working full time, I had those walks five days a week.

I hardly get fast food, but my weakness is candy, pastries, and sweets. I've had days where those have constituted the majority of my diet.
