Hey /ic/han I gotta question 4 you.
I've been born with one blind eye and as such I've never been able to actually get a decent perception of depth and I consistently can barely think >visually< in 3D. I can play games, my brain can wrap around 3D but I cannot think in 3D because I grew up like that.

When I look at most of the art I like, I really really want to do stuff like that, but I cannot put pen to paper and make something look like it's not a flat piece of shit. My shading is basically impossible as I can only do thick blocks of color on an object and can't do 3d shading as I don't understand 3d shadows. Any tips? Anyone been thru this?
