>Actually went through 1000 pages of copy paper
>Break open a new stack of 1000
>I can see the difference of color of the paper, old pages are actually slightly yellowed compared to pristine white of the new ones
My improvement has been marginal however, almost non existant. Would definetly recommend to anyone who isn't braindead and anti-talented like me.

I want to improve, I draw every day and it pretty much became part of my daily schedule yet I still suck. Everytime I have an honest question about something /ic/ just tells me I'm bad and that I should kill myself while the rest of the internet just wants to sell me stuff. I'm lost and I just want someone to point me to the right way so I can put the work.

>Try to draw on paper
>Can sketch stuff just fine
>Try to draw on digital
>Cannot sketch for shit, everything looks wonky and wrist starts hurting like hell after a few minutes
>Everything takes 10 times longer
A few months down the line and I still cannot get used to it. Doesn't help the fact that since its a painful experience I end up going back to paper most of the time. Pretty sure I'm doing something extremely wrong and there has to be a better way!

So I've released that I do not make art for fun.
I see these peeps on twitter drawing their dumb OCs and their dumb fetishes, I'd like to do that but there is something stopping me and I've released that for me making art is not fun, I can't just sit and make a doodle of my waifu, it feels wasteful to just make a doodle because I know it won't come out right the first time around and overall it'll be a shallow piece of art.
How do I change this way of thinking and make dumb shit to post online?

When you come from traditional media and then come from sai having to deal with so many menus and configurations becomes annoying.

>Eyedropper stays after pressing the shortcut. In sai I only need to hold a key to pick a color and then continue painting, on krita I have to jump beatween the shortcuts for the eyedropper and the brush
>Have to configure the teblet's pressure on krita instead of using the one I configured on wacom's properties
>Scan pencil drawing to paint over it, krita says its on gray scale mode and doesn't let me use colors. Close krita open, gimp and change the picture's mode to rgb
>Now I can paint in color but none of the default brushes is opaque enough for on screen color mixing
>Use krita's color sliders but you have to select the colors from a menu. this is incredibly annoying since I use them all the time in say to mix color I eyedropped from the painting

I'm sure I have the latest stable build
