I am just kinda bummed out that i usually end up starting too late. I can never finish anything properly. My motivation is never good when i woke up and i just end up doing random shit until couple of hours before the deadline.

What we know about this artist; the jury probably know more than us. So, at first glance, the painting seems wrong not resolved, gives idea of being a minimalist painting. In contemporary art works they are subject to reading that are made of them, to evaluate knowledge of the author is required; their concerns; etc. We know nothing. Leaving the Chandon prize is a touch of melancholy and a feeling of complete ignorance of what is happening in contemporary art. It is the power that legitimizes, and that power is exercised in this case by the representative of the company that puts money. What I see in these claims is a shame exposed as not being covered by their tastes. It is difficult to understand a fact victimizándose. Maybe we should do is to reformulate the relationship we have with art, institutions and authorities. For example: Who is authority? If the authority is represented by an admission committee made up of figures close to the economic power faced with government policies, foundations or multinational companies; or speculators collector. Today art labeled "young" is an instrument for political demagoguery; (Let the young urban politician screaming !!!) ... If there is only publications paid to know what is happening in art in our midst; if we measure the importance of an artist the ability to call (marketing) have their shows: etc. And do not think about what goes on in the head it produces, how demand the art of this time; we will always be orphaned. This is not to condemn what is not understood, but wonder why I do not understand and this is going to happen that offends me. I think few artists problematize the situation of art and only discordant voices are heard when it is not privileged ...
