-Your edges are all WAY too soft. To describe a form you need both hard and soft edges. When you make everything so soft (likely because you don't know what the fuck you're doing) it just turns all the forms to blurry mud.
The only place that you have even a decent balance between the two is the top half of the breasts (which are still fucked up).

-Your gesture is off, the pose is very stiff. If you want something to be sexy you throw in those goddamn s curves. But no you've got this bitch looking stiff as a dead body and that's one reason why she's not sexy.

-Her skin is flat. This also makes her look dead. Skin has undertones and is made up of more than one color. Do some more studying.

-That hair is stringy as fuck. Look up james gurney's ribbon hair method. It's actually a technique you should be using with all parts of your drawing/painting. Block in big shapes then refine it. Don't think of it as "this is hair" but "this is a block of color/tone". Again hair also has more than one color to it, you just changed the value of one color and it looks like you even painted with white and black on top of the hair color. Stop that.

-Your anatomy is very off, the right forearm isn't even connected properly to the upper arm. The head isn't working with the rest of the body, and there's even a disconnect between the top and bottom of the breasts. The hands suck, practice them or reference. You have at least one attached to you at all times, draw it. Also those fucking eyes are dead as hell. Where is her pupil on the left? They look like doll eyes.
