Your biggest problem right now is that you are doing the facial features bigger than the face itself. By chance someone posted a good visualization of how the features should sit in the face on this very thread >3557240.
Of course, don't follow this face construction tutorial because it's really incomplete and it sucks.
The facial features positioning on a 3D plane you are starting to get, but it does take time to get right. In any case, I see you draw lost of lines that hint at measurements, but don't really mean anything. Instead of drawing stuff kinda how they are supposed to be, go learn Loomis head proportions properly and really pay attention to the measurements of the face.
