To recapitulate, key words: memory drawing, shadows for unknown, settei, distortions (this also includes bend limbs, foreshortening etc, but i feel learning to draw a fisheye panoramic view of a place will teach you how to bend any volumes to your will).Oh right, another thing which I remembered now so I am going to add it here. Getting a bit of a god complex is good for drawing. Objectifying everything and thinking you own something once youve learned to draw it, will allow you to think more freely when imagining what you can draw with your subjects from memory.
