not sure about the colors yet

sure, your colors could be better, but i think your issue really is the drawing underneath
i know ryuk has some wacky anatomy, but as an example the hand that rests on the ground looks like it has a broken wrist
you put a lot of folds at the arm, yet don't continue throughout the drawing with the same level of detail
the book in his hand looks very round as well
the eyes look like you put some googly eyes onto the drawing and the mouth doesnt read like it's wrapping around his face, but is just glued onto a 2d plane
