Very nice anime art style and comfy atmoshpere.
There's a lot of easy improvements though: look at some reference for drawing ears, they're not hard to draw at all. Her arms look very thick, I would say they should be 30% skinnier, since shes otherwise very petite.

Your rendering seems slightly artificial, i think you should study up on it, it would make a great addition to your cute art style. Skim through some books about color and shading + copy some pixiv japs and you should be set.

You have lots of potentioal and imo don't worry about minor shit poeple are pointing out, like perspective unless you are REALLY trying to study it. Composition is more important!
