Was inspired to draw hands from reference from an anon a thread before, can I get some critiques except the first hand was just a failed attempt /opinions?

I also got a couple of questions; should I keep practicing referencing and blind drawing to develop a better sense of the flow of a body part, or should I soon start into slowly learning to construct pieces like the hand?
Are there any good websites to draw isolated body parts from?
