Bro you need to learn that life is too short for you to care about who the hell learns art younger than you. It doesn't matter if he came out drawing straight from the fucking womb it is no reason to give up on making art. If you started right now and had the same mindset as him while having the time of your life making art, i guarantee that you would be improving like that too. Do you think this fucking kid cares about who the hell improved faster than him at the age of fucking 9? Of course not because he's fucking having fun. It's not too late to keep going on art. You just need to stop comparing yourself to others and focus on your own improvement. Keep going long enough and you won't even give a shit if some 5 year old draws better than you because art isn't a competition no matter how much this board seems to think it is. Art is a journey in itself. A journey for YOU to see how much YOU'VE GROWN not others. It's a journey to express whatever the fuck you have to say, paint, and draw in your mind onto paper.

If you keep focusing on others success then i hate to say it but you are already not gonna make it.
