Sorry for the departure. I needed to break away briefly to deal with a few things, in no specific order, finding a job (fuck), finding an apartment, getting off my antidepressants (hahaha, that was fun), dealing with some family problems and travel logistics.

I have a few gifts in the trunk, but they're pretty heavy, so it'll take some time to get them into the house. Hint hint. I'll move them in before I fly to Hawaii in about 36 hours.

As that previous statement might have hinted, I'm going on vacation soon with family, but as I'll have internet access frequently, I will be monitoring the site, thread and discords like a goddamn hawk while in my Airbnb. Its been a month and I think I regressed in some areas (my only improvement is learning some basic perspective, and no joke, drawing dicks). I'm going to work harder and do the same method as I did when I improved my dicks, on anatomy, proportions, and construction, focusing on the body. I like to say I did but I always feel like I could've done a bit more. I definitely made progress but it always seems so unimpressive. Though it's good to look back occasionally, to remind yourself of how things go, if you only look at the things you made that day, you will never feel like your progressing.

We aren't here to show off our skills, as the site says, it isn't a gallery to post your best work, it's just something to keep track of your progress and for you to keep yourself in check.
Any 30 minute minimum drawing session you have you can post as your submission of the day, could be gesture studies, wip of a painting, even if you spend a month on the same illustration, could be your furry porn.
People will only call you out if you post a shitty doodle that clearly wasn't 30 minutes of work, but even then nothing will happen to you really, besides a little feeling of shame.

Also, you can always set your goal to "draw every other day" or "once a week"
