I know the colon is always in the same orientation but are the rest of the intestines bunched up differently per person? I know you can just cram them back in after a surgery and they'll still work. Can our guts be unique like a fingerprint?

The duodenum is fixed by tissue called the retroperitoneal fascia, which makes sense due to its connection to the stomach. The rest of the small intestine, the jejunum and ileum are held up by the mesentery, but only loosely. Thus everything between the duodenum and the terminal ileum that connects to your large intestine has a unique configuration. This does cause problems where the small intestine twists itself up (volvulus) or folds into itself (intussusception)

Its literally "you like what I don't like".
Thats why you practice your fundies so when you make people seethe, they can't try to leverage lack of knowledge or experience against you. All they can do is say "I don't like that" and move on.
