I like the general feel but your glaring problems are value and form. The shadows are too soft and all over the place so nothing has any definition, the pose ia stiff, and the arms aren’t connected to the torso correctly
For the arms specifically I’d recommend gesture drawing, make some lines that indicate where they are relative to the body before drawing them

mostly the features and the manly chin. The features are to small and don't match the face. I tid correcting... but they are still wrong perspctive. The crown and the eyes don't match the same perspective.

Great shading and linework, my one gripe, and it may just be my own taste, is that the cape is very flat in texture despite blowing in the wind, and the holes in the cape aren't indicative of any warping in the material. Besides that very good. I get a heavy Gorillaz vibe from it.

My only issue with this work is clarity and purpose.. It definitely brings me to inspect every detail here in the piece however up close and personal the works merit and idea of chaos, scrambling and distortion feels hastily and infantly done. Like a high schoolers notebook scribbled all over on. If you were to continue in this style and make more of this I would want to see your message and you concept fleshed out; more figures more symbolism more emphasis on composition. The beauty of this work is it's apparent disregard for form and princple, if you put into place where you wanted those strong strokes and elaborate markings and thought about your emotion and expression I would feel something when I look at this work.
It is interesting no doubt about that but as a second pair of eyes the work would benefit the artists calculation and process rather than winging it and making it look like it was effortless

Yeah work on your anatomy and perspective, study portraiture and omit the crown and hair. Undestand the composition of the face and it's focal points, how are nose and ears line up with the eyes and balance that face has. Bring the chin up and show the jaw, the neck holds for weight of the skull. Study more

Going to be real, it's divine comedy right? If so focus more on Dante in the woods and not the surroundings. I love the attention to detail you put in to it though, try to get neater lines looks like you rushed near the end with the trees on the far back right, kinda puts it off. Nice work on the ground but it could be better, practice on drawing human figures too, the anatomy may be far away but the arms are still a bit long. .

It looks really flat, shapeless and textureless because you have an exceedingly poor understanding of lighting, form and perspective. Your facial anatomy knowledge is subpar as well. To top everything off, it's all clearly unfinished.
