Terrible advice. There's no point in learning anatomy before you even know how to draw a figure. This is how you waste months / years of time that you could be using to study efficiently. OP should first focus on the fundamentals since he clearly has not touched them. Line, form, perspective and gesture is what he should be focusing on.
