How do you imagine this things?
Like the ideas just pumping out of your head or do you just look at something and see paterns of a story? Do you have a plan on something and stick to it or it comes along the road?

Both of. Sometimes I just think smth like "yeah, skinhead's lezginka in Caucasian mountines will be much fresh", and sometimes (in the end of painting) like "why do not to do this yakut girl accepts baptism".
Also I have a strong plan to drawing (generally it is a list with subjects of arts for not-too-much-long-future), but sometimes tiny part of chaotic random rushing into it (nice requests or little trainings 4 example).

What an advice would U give to me? Usually there it is something as "don't use MS Paint", but I'm not interested in digital painting in general. Sometimes it is smth about palettes, but now I'm much experimenting with colors.
More often at the stage of sketching watchers advise me to remove, add, move, or change this or that detail. It this thread all of my pictures are finished.

I'm too tired now to explain every little thing but overall the colours are too harsh and Ms paint doesn't help with that, they look random and off-putting. Realistic and cartoony doesn't mix well
Look at unomoralez stuff for inspiration maybe. Also traditional painting will help with usage of colours. In general I'd say you have decent design skills, but along with textures overly use them to hide lacks in fundamentals and my advice is to work on them. Your works with limited colours look the best

Unomoralez uses "screentones" (not in my habits), and his style is too different with mine. In general I don't like his arts, however I can get some useful tricks with it.
