I'm like 99% sure if a thread reaches a report threshold it gets automatically deleted by the site. I've noticed non rule breaking regular threads on various boards go on and on for months or even years with everything being more or less fine until one guy tried to "le trooll" the thread. Everyone calls out their bullshit but for some reason the thread itself gets deleted. Thanks to the magic of phones and dynamic IPs an individual can mass report something and get it deleted.
