Is your color choice intentional? I've seen you post some of your art in the recent Pixel Art threads and they're always lacking in contrast in my opinion.

If it's indeed not your conscious decision to leave the colors like that, i think the biggest improvement you can work on right now is in your color palette, otherwise just keep grinding pieces.

Try looking into Payoneer. I don't know how easy it is to receive payments from clients directly through them, but I think people do use it that way. You get a debit card you can use to retire your money from any ATM.

You'll only hurt your wrist without an ergonomic mouse. You need a drawing tablet not just for the stylus, but for responsiveness to pressure and tilt. If your touchscreen doesn't support pressure sensitivity, there's not much reason to draw on it and you'd be better if buying a 50$ huion than a 40$ stylus

Thought it was that and was going to say ah you helped me thanks

So I first changed the canvas size on the original canvas for my good drawing and it pixelated my drawing once I made it bigger and have higher resolution. Rotating wouldn't have mattered because it looked fuck so I didn't bother.
Made a new canvas and then copy pasted it when it was crisp onto there, it looked good, then I rotated it on a high res canvas and big drawing and then it went pixely.


It probably is my brush I think honestly, I use 1.5 pixel brush for all my drawings since I think it lets me add the most details, I should probably quit though.

People usually use hard round with the opacity set lower, around 50%, give or take depending on the preference. The higher the drastic of a difference, lower is used more for blending.
Mines usually around 60-80% and I use the airbrush/smudge tool to blend.

To elaborate on this: beginners tend to be resistant to doing hard work, and as a result they put a lot of energy into looking for shortcuts or cheats, or assuming there's some secret they aren't privy to. One way this manifests is the fixation on tools, and so we see a lot of people ask dumb questions about brushes that won't help them improve.
The "hard round" response is basically to say "shut up about tools and go figure it out with the basics".

Low flow is more useful for painting than low opacity, in my experience. For blocking in and defining forms I use 40-60% flow at 100% opacity (with pen pressure set to opacity and flow), for blending I use 10-20% flow, and if I REALLY need to get a subtle color difference, then I'll lower the opacity too.

I used to just manipulate opacity and use pressure opacity, but since I started messing with flow instead I've found that I need to sample far less and my banding is a lot better.

Any sufficiently advanced graphics program should be able to do pixel art. Krita, GIMP or whatever else you're using. So long as it lets you paint individual pixels, it'll work.
For a dedicated program just for pixel art, there's Grafx2, which is based on some Amiga drawing programs from the 90's and 80's. It's great if you don't ever intend to use more than 256 colors at a time.
