Videos can also be shooped like this, people have been doing that in after effects since the early 2010's. Dakota Rose is a good example of this.
It's also possible he has had other things done like injections but regardless these images are pretty obviously edited to a large degree. The chin is a massive giveaway, that thing changes sizes in so many of these photos, is blurry and is comically misshapen at times to the point the jaw/skull looks disfigured e.g. >>5055449. Look at the warping of the texture near the hip, it's so blurry. You can see it around the legs and arms as well.
