I personally love jazz, orchestral, rock and metal arrangements.
TAMUSIC, Tutti Sound, and Chaos Core, and Morrigan have written some of the most epic orchestral pieces I have heard.
Demetori, UI-70, Iron Attack, and Minami of IOSYS for rock and metal
Tokyo Active NEETs, Azure&Sands, and Swing HOLIC are my favorite jazz arrangers.

ah, Blankfield. A bit too heavy for my tastes, but still one of only a very small collection grunge metal groups I've seen.
Speaking of relatively rare genre, I've recently discovered Casket, who have put out a couple celtic/irish style albums. One of them, titled "Ale & Malt," is a colab with 荒御霊 (however you say that), and is a Celtic/techno blend, which works astonishingly well.
