Mainly, start working with proper proportion. A teenager is about 6-7 head tall, an adult is about 7-8 head tall. Pay attention to your limbs. They are not perfectly straight sticks, arms and legs curves in and out. Note that your arms don't fold like tube, they fold with a crease.

Mugen and I are the only one left in it, or so it seems. I'm gonna drop that project if that's the case. Anyone got any idea how exactly are the two main routes like (and maybe harem route)? By that, I mean what major events would there be?

Acutally, that was me. Forgot my trip. Anyways, his 3D CG BGs are pretty good, and even if it is too artificial, we can always use it as a base and let an artist paint a layer on top. As for engine, I don't really care which one we use as long we get the job done. If he really does know that much about it, we can let him handle all the coding and slapping together etc, easier on us imo.
