I will but how hot should sake be served? I bought a bottle a few months ago and it came with a free microwavable shot glass or whatever it's called for sake.

Does anyone know how to warm sake in a microwave to the correct temperature or whatever? I have a two year old bottle that has been sitting in my fridge that is still half full.
