It doesn't have to be Death Rabbits, it could just as easily be Gacharic Spin or some other rock/metal group that isn't affiliated with the "kawaii metal/deathpop" circles.

Sort of. I mean they were pretty much fully (or mostly) metal with Headbanger.

I think the biggest issue as well are time constraints, the time it takes for crews to set up & dismantle and then set up again their equipment, also the fact that they can't perform past 10pm as per Japanese labour laws.

Either they would have to start playing shows at like 4pm, or they can wait until all the Babymetals are 18 and can work past 10pm.

That would be great, but I don't know if that will ever happen. They manage to sell out arenas of 20 000 people in Japan by themselves so I doubt they'll start having opening acts.
