Yes, both their VAs are amazing. Surprisingly cute without being cringe worthy, filled with talent and emotion and able to sound natural all the time. They also fit the girls perfectly.

NISA dubs are great.
The only reason I can think of why you dont like is hearing the sometimes cheesy dialog in your own language.

They higher top notch VAs for the most part - even VAs who work in various other American gams/shows. And the voice work for both Rorona and Totori were amazing.
