I got some AA guns, but only the really shitty ones. I've had some bad luck crafting them, I've been using the correct flagship with the recipes but I've got no luck.

I mostly have just the stock planes on the carriers, all the one star stuff.

I tried crafting Reppus with Akagi but all I got was a couple of Zeroes.

Everyone has one fighter wing and Akagi has two.

The 2-2 boss just wrecked my entire A team. The enemy carriers torped all my carriers at the very beginning.

My battleships were doing single digit damage against the enemy carriers for whatever reason.

Just got Hiei with a Nagato recipe.

Looks like a three battleship and three carrier fleet worked out pretty well in beating 2-1 boss. I thought I was going to get wrecked because none of my ships are higher than level 17 but I didn't take any damage. I used double vertical line.

Anyways, thanks for the advice, and congratulations on the Zuikaku/Shoukaku. I've been doing a couple of Nagato recipes myself every day. I got Hyuga with one of them so I guess it hasn't all been for nothing, although most of the time I've been getting light cruisers.

I think I'll keep Akagi at least until I get a better CV. Ryujo is the one that's been eating the crits almost every second battle so far.

Then again, I can barely get passed 2-1-C, so I can only imagine that the boss would wreck my ships. The picture is my current fleet I'm using to try to beat 2-1

Well I've tried a bunch of battleship recipes and it looks like my luck ran out when I got Haruna, which happened to be the the first time I used a battleship recipe.

My ships are still no where near good enough to grind any of the second map stages, still. I do have Ryujo and Shoho, but I can still just barely beat 1-4

I've been doing that. Mostly getting starter destroyers, Tatsuda, and Naka.

I've got three Nakas, and still no Sendai.
