er, sorry, I want a example like "I'm at Oxford/ Cambridge."


if the next word of at is a certain place,like airport, building, park,it means someone or something is in. on or around the place actually.

but if there are a name of certain city like Oxford, it mean someone is a student of the Oxford University doesn't it?

I want to know why sentence like that means so,.
and I want to find some examples like that but it is not about University.

I've studied about English, and now I especially study about English preposition AT.

In English, it is used to express a kind of membership like "I'm at Oxford."

but when someone says"I'm in Oxford," it means he is in a city called Oxford.

Are there other examples like this?
