Ah shit, I forgot to put that you have to actually RUN the .reg file in the readme. My bad.

Add the registry entry properly.

Really easy music game gameplay, yeah. You can turn it off, too.

Sorry for the lack of notice; I released this as a birthday present to myself, basically.

100% of the game translated and playable.

Read the readme, for the love of god. Don't ask me shit that's in the readme.

I edited like 100 lines of Muv-Luv Total Eclipse before giving up, so if the translation ever gets released you can rest assured that the first ten minutes will be in decent English!

Regarding BFE: Fungi wants to finish playing through Umineko4 and then replay BFE before starting translation, so we'll probably get things up and running around the end of the month.

>> No.3720334 [View]

>>3720168
Um lol no. Fungi is a Japanese friend of mine who has lived in the United States for much of his life (i.e., his English is fine), but is now currently back in Japan. BFE is his favorite game, and he's wanted to translate it for some time now, but simply hasn't had the time until now.

He hasn't even played Sky, so uh, don't expect a translation of it.

Anyway, that's the story behind the BFE project. Japanese friend of mine wants to translate it, the end. I dunno how fast we'll be, but BFE is not a long game so it won't take us more than a few months at most.

Bad.

Though the voice cast is pretty good. Then again, they recast Gotou Yuuko's character as Mizuki Nana, so...

Blame whoever made the original tools. The TLer doesn't mind working with the scripts in that format so there's no real sense in us redoing them.

It's the Chapter 5 bad end.

Fuck up a lot when you're given the choices to investigate places and you'll get it.

To be honest, I didn't think anyone would actually read the eroscenes (they're not exactly good) and they were a real chore to edit, so I put in a few choice lines.

"Real deal" in Ririko's ending was totally intentional too

Apparently Morita was based on a real-life friend of Looseboy's.

I want to meet this guy, personally.

Yeah okay I'll admit I'm probably biased because of how badly the JCE guys fucked up G-Sen. I guess they were just horribly inept at translating from Chinese huh

>> No.3670153 [View]

>>3670144
Yes, we translated this from scratch, from Japanese. We really had no reason to use Chinese anything as a base, considering it would have taken the same amount of time and been inferior in the end.

Chinese fucking shit up is why we're having to retranslate portions of G-Senjou no Maou, starting from the beginning of the game all the way through chapter 3. JCE is bad, kids.

>> No.3670130 [View]

>>3670124
This is not a JCE translation. The Chinese translations of G-Sen and Sharin are both total shit anyway.

I might change all of the itadakimasus to something else later when we release an updated typo/etc. fixing patch but :effort: kept them in there for now

Post screenshot evidence and we will consider it.

Rather, you can skip the porn in it. You actually get more dialogue that way.

>> No.3669594 [View]

>>3669556
Basically what >>3669567 said. The non-Houzuki parts are more than 50% porn and we really don't feel like translating them. Eri's little story and the omake are both short and porn-free, though, so we might translate them too as an extra little bonus.

Yeah we finished it.

Unfortunately, we don't have a rigged poll for you to vote in. You can expect the Houzuki chapter of the Sharin fandisc after this, at least! And then we're probably gonna do Himawari, thus further establishing ourselves as Sunflower Devs. Oh yeah, I guess we're working on G-Senjou no Maou too.

Anyway, enjoy the game.

The truth about Isono will be revealed in Chapter 5

The game is probably gonna crash with that build of the wordwrapping yeah. First instance is like... kako.ks I think

If you play the unedited scripts, you will encounter far, far worse things than "random typos." I rewrite nearly every line in its entirety, so please be prepared for an abrupt shift in tone and style if you do decide to plow on into 58-60.ks and the endings before they are edited. TNA's English is also not fantastic to begin with (no offense intended), so it will be a substantial and sudden shift downward in actual quality as well.

Ideally it would be best to refrain from playing any of Chapter 4 or 5 at all until I finish editing, since Chapter 4 has a rather large cliffhanger at the end.

>> No.3627925 [View]

Well I guess someone was bound to get impatient eventually.

Thanks for screencapping a line that had a typo (the double space), actually, lol.
