If anyone here is on T2/3 here an the topic comes up, could they tell Mori to drop Doom Eternal and start with Doom 2016 instead then play Eternal? I think it would be better for her to start with the previous game as it's way easier on the mechanical side and Eternal starts off expecting you to have played it. I think it's also way better story-wise to have played the first game before Eternal since there's plenty of stuff that won't get sufficiently explained or Eternal is deliberately answering. Plus the iron in no longer hot in regards to Eternal in the public consciousness, so I think it'd be better in that regard too.
