So if I've understood this shit correctly, it is a story about three girls who wanted to marry the Hero but lost, so they are sent home to their respective hometowns, except they don't agree with this result and leave the horse carriage to undoubtedly cause trouble.
The collaboration is then that sankisei is isekai'd into this world and takes on the role of the three heroines who got screwed. As I understand it, it is going to be a separate story form the original one.

The collab is going to be at evening time JST on the 4th of October and seems to be a live broadcast where they read the script out loud.
I assume that the other three girls from the original story isn't going to be involved in the collaboration.
Then the after-talk for the collaboration will be held on Noel's channel.

It costs 4500yen for the ticket and 9000yen if you want to watch both days.
There is also going to be a raffle for the chance to win a signed copy of the script from any of the sankisei members.
