Because she's the most self insert friendly girl and doesn't challenge the protagonist in any worthwhile way. That and Arc only fans are usually retarded. Plus Nasu never writes or uses the other heroines in anything worthwhile and constantly has her glued to Shiki invalidating any of the other pairings.
