Polka for being an overall entertainer and Botan for gameplay person and bothering to help make sure if someone people understood things or not. No deal-breakers to make me wanna sub, though. In general not a fan of live japanese entertainment.

On the flip-side, I really dislike JPs tedencies to fill dead-air with sounds, any kind of sound. Its one thing to avoid awkward pauses but it doesn't mesh well with EN-style of chatting. More my opinion.
